Dr. Brennan is a board-certified Vanderbilt trained neurosurgeon with over 30 years of neurosurgical experience. Throughout his career Dr. Brennan has adopted technology into the operating room and he brings a keen understanding of surgical navigation and computer interfaces into the operating room. Practicing in Florida, Beverly Hills, California and Louisiana has given Dr. Brennan the experience of a multitude of medical record versions, hospital procedures as well as courtroom and deposition experience.

We can recieve medical records, analyze them and score the strengths and weaknesses in a report (verbal or written)

We can log into Zoom depositionsor trials and provide LIVE questioning pearls to allow you to crush your director cross examination.

We can prepare and testify in court for your trial. After recieving the medical records and images, we will discuss with you on the phone or Zoom and arrange dates of testimony. (travel expenses pre-paid)

For laws specific for your state, consult your states statues on depositions but most states allow participation of an expert as long as it is disclosed in the agreement for scheduling the deposition between the parties.
Yes, the appointment time you select will be clearly displayed as your local time even if our doctor is in different time zone.
Our doctors will allow you to simply book more time as you need it on the website if your needs increase.
Once we are inside of seven (7) calendar days from the appointment, appointment charges become non-refundable.
We accept any form of image transfer. We keep images on a private, HIPAA compliant server.
We keep medical records for one year and then destroy the files unless you request them to be returned.
